Why join the course
1
Inner state as the foundation of the method
For coaches and therapists, we practice working with your own inner state and attunement to the client. A calm, clear presence creates a safe field, helps you slow down and notice subtle signals. This makes it easier to build rapport with the client and their inner system of parts.
3
Practice and case discussions
Every week we work in triads (client – practitioner – observer) and hold masterminds to review complex cases and support your integration of IFS into practice. IFS-trained facilitators answer questions, guide your development and support peer learning within the group.
2
IFS as a structured protocol
For practitioners, IFS is taught through a clear 18-step protocol. The step-by-step sequence — from setting the frame to working with parts — helps you confidently and safely integrate the method into your work while staying aligned with the structure of the process.

Getting to know the IFS method
Usually, when we want to change something in our lives, we focus on the part that is «for» the change — the motivated, driven part. The parts that doubt or are afraid are left out of the conversation.
In the end, an inner battle starts: one part of you wants to move forward, while something inside keeps pulling you back. You know what you «should» do, yet you procrastinate, avoid or end up sabotaging your own plans.
IFS offers a different perspective. There are no bad parts. Even the most confusing or «irrational» behaviours usually come from a part that has been trying to protect you.
Internal Family Systems (IFS) — a parts-based therapy
Internal Family Systems (IFS) is a therapeutic approach based on the idea that every person has different inner «parts» — each with its own role, emotions and needs. The method helps you build a relationship with these parts, listen to them, reduce inner conflict and restore a sense of inner wholeness.
When all your parts are heard, things become calmer and clearer inside. Change no longer comes from sheer willpower — it starts to unfold more naturally, as your whole system feels safe to move forward.
